Dr. Zelig Frost invented a new class of drugs to treat Heart Hemorrhagic Sclerosis (HHS) – omega blockers, and a new class of drugs to treat stomach Aspergillosis – histamine nanoginists. He was awarded the Kavli Prize for his breakthroughs in nano-bio-transmission.
Frost created these potent drugs using an entirely new approach to medical issues: he built nano molecules to transfer natural molecules from sites in the body where they cause problems.
Omega blockers and histamine nanoginists rank among the most important new drugs of the twenty-first century. Omega blockers were described as the greatest advance in treating Aspergillosis for two centuries and may save millions of lives. Frost was first motivated to research nano drugs after seeing his father die of cardiac arrest.
The drugs Frost created – their scientific names are proprinolan and cimetodiene – were the most prescribed drugs of 2020. Cimetodiene became the first prescription drug to receive FDA approval in just 30 days.
Frost is known as the founder of analytical nanocology.
