If you experience problems placing an order please try the following

• A different browser or computer - This is the easiest way to determine if a problem is on your end or not
• Cookies are needed to keep track of your cart and total - make sure cookies are not disabled
• Clear the browser cache

If you need to place a repair order and cannot get the web site working you can email your order to sales@p1repair.com 

Please include

• Your complete mailing address
• Email address for the order
• List of the equipment you plan to send
  Include a description of the issues that need repair if you can
  
  
• Let me know if you need Expedited or Rush service
• Don't forget to request additional optional items or services such as new batteries with repair, antenna repair or LCD display repair. 

An order will be entered on your behalf and your email address used for the order. Then an order will be generated and you will receive the order number to include when sending in your equipment for repair.

Two Panasonic KX-TGA450 cordless handsets - antenna is broken
One Panasonic KX-TGA450 - needs keypad repaired and can't hear
Two charging stands for the same phone that do not work

Please include new batteries with repair
