My name is Ben Jordan - lead technician.
I have been working with electronics for over 3 decades with a focus in the telecom field since 1993.  I enjoy designing electronics and repairing just about anything powered by speeding electrons. Helping people repair those unusual items that are difficult to find repair service for has always been a favorite activity of mine.

Button failure is a common problem for telephones and replacement keypads are usually not available. To resolve this problem I designed membrane keypads to repair the buttons without the need for new rubber keypads. Over the years I have repaired countless telephones using membrane keypads with great success. Recently, the addition of laser cutting equipment has allowed for fast, cost effective, production of custom membrane keypads.
