P1BC.COM website is no longer active. 

My brother and I started p1bc.com in Maine back in the late 90's  (Priority One Business Communications, Inc)
Things changed over the years. As demand for telephone repair slowed, I went to work or Refurb Supplies, LLC in R&D developing products to repair telephone equipment. My brother kept running the phone repair business but the slow decline remained a reality. Three years ago I changed my focus to cordless phone repair and moved to Florida.  While there is still a demand for cordless phones, desk phones have become obsolete and too easy to find cheap on the used market. 

My brother decided to close shop and discontinue p1bc.com in October 2018

For now he is still receiving emails and may take on some projects if there is a need.
